Beneath: A Spring Expedition

Prince Albert – Dates to be scheduled on demand

Author and teacher Hélène Smit invites you to take a guided spring expedition using her book Beneath – Exploring the Unconscious in Individuals, and in the process to be accompanied on the journey to accessing your deepest creative potential.

Creativity can manifest in many ways: generating innovative business strategies, making unusual connections, producing art or literature, solving problems, or developing technology and processes.  If we are going to access our fullest creative expression in the world, we need to explore the story of our inner landscapes. Beneath: A Spring Expedition will help you to develop a deeper understanding of your life narrative and will equip you with the knowledge to manage the ongoing process of self-realization.

We ensure our viability and sustainability in the world when we are not just executing, but we are generating ideas. Yet so often we’re being unwittingly controlled by old wounds that mask our talents. Through learning why we do what we do, we are able to move beyond the blockages and allow our life force and ideas to flow.

Many books and training courses tell people WHAT to do, without helping them to arrive at an understanding of why certain ways of thinking, tools and techniques are meaningful and useful for them at the deepest and most sustainable level.

If you have thought a lot about yourself and how you function in the world and you really would like to tap further into your deep potential or resolve personal or interpersonal difficulties that stop you living your life more fully, then Beneath: A Spring Expedition is for you.

The course is not a quick fix for any problem. The process does not include a box of tricks, group therapy, “ra-ra” games or public catharsis. Instead, there is learning, reflection and inner work.

Beneath: A Spring Expedition facilitates a process of awareness using a methodology that is true to the philosophy behind the book. Hélène, through her ability as a teacher to take complex ideas and philosophies and translate them into more digestible forms, will provide the framework within which to engage your thinking. Her facilitation skills will ensure individuals’ processes are supported and ideas explored in a small group of no more than 15 people.
